How to Ban someone from Guild?

Anyone know how we guild masters can prevent another member from getting re invited to our guild after we remove them the first time?Had an incident where I removed a fellow and someone invited them back.So just wondering how we can prevent this from happening

Warn all recruiters n offiers not to invite him. U can kick the recruiter if he still still recruits the person.
