Basically the odds of winning is very thin when a clever player in a nick of time buy massive amount of tickets. e.g a gullible player bought 1 ticket =7.5m and since there is no definite amount of money to start the raffle, it can raked more like how he accumulated 600m, so a guy can snatch buy 20 tickets and almost certain he will win. Win for the rich and Win for Marsuu. This should be a warning for the hosts or those who aspire to do this ponzi-scheme like raffle when its ends only looked to get easy money in expense of others.
