Why can't I rotate my view in DL?

Is there a secret to rotating the angle of view in DL? I'm feeling very restricted. When I turn a corner, i want to look down the hall.

In settings turn off fixed camera thing :)

I had that turned off, but I kept spinning around when trying to move my vamp, my finger just goes out of the navigation button zone too much, lol
