I think these should be tradeable. Makes no sense wasting a few hundred plat to get a rare item and not be able to trade it when you're done with it.

I understand the concept that they actually want people spending money to get that rare drop but it breaks the game economy.

Rare things need to be traded.

Careful STS. I remember in the past you said dropped items would always be on par with bought items... especially with pvp in existence.

Purchased items should be easier ways to get similar items that people can farm for... period.

Or esthetic items... period.

With the outrageous increase in plat/item costs, don't alienate people who are already ultra cynical about your money making philosophy, yet still support you out of love. I really wanna support this game. I really do.

Yea... I'm using Lv 6 or so pinks from the packs and they're better than the cap droppable weapons :/

There is a difference, I believe it is way too early to complain about though. Until the iOS release, updated content (Guilds etc), and level cap increase we really don't know what they have planned for the final product of normal epic vs. plat epic.

I think OaC does it right. You can buy the best gear (plat) or find it with a very VERY slim drop rate.

well I finally bought plat for DL. I decided to try for firebrands. took me around 9-10 attempts and over 200 plat to get em. Probably be a while before I buy plat again.

Bad luck or not, no weapon should ever cost $25 to get.

They should set it up where if you don't get it within 5 tries, you automatically get one :)
