What is the highest possible dodge? no matter the gear.

80-90% basically.
For bears, full STR points, full orlok crafted sword and shield set, full 3-piece vanity, dodge ring and face.
Also, fully buffed.
You won't be able to kill this monster easily.

When fully buffed on bear, it has most dodge than any other class.
Taunt x2, Evade, etc.

2x taunt + evade = 2*8+12 = 28 while birds have a 30 dodge buff.

I guess it's roughly 80%, will try tomorrow.

Well why do I miss enemies when my hit % is about 140?

In one of Phys' guides the actual hit and dodge rates were explained. I'll link it when I find it
