Lvl 60 Strongman Mace build?

Im making a lvl 60 sm mace bear and I was wondering what the best build would be. Such as attribute points, skills, and combos

Enough strength to equip, the rest dex.

Id say max everything except have 1 in restore, 3 in crippling , and 1 in vengeful.
