Charging Attack?

I've noticed some people seem to be able to charge and run at the same time. I can't figure out how to do it.

So if you are running and start to hold attack, or a skill, your toon stops? That definitely shouldn't happen.

Just keep skill button down and move, it will be used only when you release hold from skill button.

No, if I hold down the attack button, I can't move too. And if I'm running and press attack, I go in the other direction and stop.

What device you are playing on? Only idea comes to my mind it's device without multitouch support.

Yeah, just looked it up, I don't have multitouch. That sucks.
