I'm a lvl 30 commando and I have custom Meganaut set...what skills are best, how many points should I put in them, and how can I be a good commando in pvp?

Well first off we need to know your playstyle.
Look at the endgame coms builds, read them and decide which you like best. I'll tell you where to take off the extra 9 points from, or advise you which ones wouldn't be as useful at l30.
