hello, im writing this post cause im very disappointed about support of this game.

1/2 months ago i opened a thread here to explain my issue: i forgot mail linked to my AL account.
(i remember character name and password)

Yesterday again the support rejected to give hints like first letters of mail (im sure i can remember the mail with the few initial letters)


hours and hours of playing for nothing.

SUPPORT REJECTING to tell the mail linked with account, even if it's not security risk since i would need to login inside my mail to write the login code of AL.

I opened PlayStore and i can see there are many bad reviews related to support. People complaining about my same issue related to account recovery.


OLD PLAYERS will never spend money on new account or level up again from 0 after hours and hours of grindind.


HELP THE OLD PLAYERS TO GET OLD ACCOUNTS BACK
i really hate to write this thread insted of playing.

bro u just need to show proof that its yours thats just how easy it is. If the account recovery would not be stringent many players can then claim of other's account..

Support has helped countless players recover their accounts. It's something that the team does almost every day.

That said - users do need to be able to provide basic proof that they are the true owners of the account.
