Does STS delete accounts that have been inactive for a certain period of time? I haven't logged onto mine for about a year and when I tried to, it says the email for the account doesn't exist. I know its correct because I have screenshots on my tablet of the email I used for it.

I've already sent in a ticket but no response after 3 days so I thought I might receive some input here.

Hey, I'm not quite sure to be honest, My honest feedback is to keep waiting. STS is very comitted at responing back to e-mails. I remember how they talked about any level 1's that are inactive for a certain amount of time are deleted...? Probably doesn't regard to you, but just remain patient :)

I was a level 55, which was the cap at the time.

Technically cap was 55 and elite cap was 56 to those who took the challenge, just saying.

Although, you said your character was a 55, so there could have been a mix up. At any rate, i'd try and try again, but don't expect a response over the weekend, the devs, mods, and staff like to have weekends too.

We're in uk skel haha. 11:20 am is the morning for us. It would have been around 5-6 am for the US people haha

Only level 1 which hasn't been used in a month then they will delete it since people are taking the use of names which some people want to use the name but can't since people have been just not using it but no deleting it
