Missing Quest

Hello,

I have completed 29 quests now.
14/14 in Forest Haven
12/13 in Dark Forest
3/19 in Balefort Castle

When I don't have any quests accepted, I see a hint what says ''go to xxx in Balefort Castle''

When I'm going to Dark Forest, I can't find the 13th quest.
I can't accept a quest at Raol, Selene or Krowe.


So, does anybody know where to find the 13th quest, because I want to complete it.

The 13th quest is the one thats tells you to go to balfort castle. Which means your still to low lv since you need to be 15 to get that quest.

That's correct, I'm almost level 15, so when I reach level 15, I must go to balefort castle, and I see the yellow arrow, that leads me to a person, and then I have completed the 13th quest of Dark Forest :)?

And yes, I'm level 15 now, and Krowe 'gave' me the quest.
