Crate Tokens are specifically for Platinum users - granted during the process of opening certain (most) Locked Crates.

Lol no. Simple answer.
Crate keys comes from lock crates.
Unless you get free plat (contest reward/plat offers) or farm for plat eggs in easter event or buy crate keys from auction to open locks

You can loot them from Gold Orcish chests sometimes.
