Can't accept the quest from Mistress meade

I can't get the quest its showing the exclamation point but isn't giving the quest. If I click on I will help you it takes me to the event screen .

You may be interacting with the portal and not interacting with Mistress Meade. If you're interacting with Mistress Meade, she will always have a conversation with at least one option. Can you approach Mistress Meade from the right side of the screen and see if that works?
