Hi,
Its common news that more people are reaching cap daily than new players playing past lvl 60.
And that Deep Marsh timer only goes up when monsters in Swamps are killed.
The timer is getting slower and slower each passing day as the people who are capped have little to no reason for playing that map.
No one's bothering to level up their spirit weapons either.
Can STS increase the speed at which the bat gets filled?
