So I was never thinking but the "Dead sexy" achievement you can get after you level so much, right? Just wondering cuz I want the title "Blood wraith"

So baisicly what im asking is there any way of getting premium character at level 20?

I wish we could, but after level 10 your opportunity to get it disappears.

Yeah sad some achievements are unachieveable without buying plat. Worse yet, like the one you mentioned, reaching a point where you can't do it even if you did purchase plat because you leveled too high.

I dont have enough inventory spaces for outfit pieces and everything else, so its either buy and scrap i guess, or buy more inventory slots.

That one achievement is my biggest peeve though. The rest can be worked around. That one can't.
