Eggzavier and Luck: Looking for dev statement.

Hi,

I know this has been answered many times, but can someone link me the dev's statement? I can't seem to be able to find it.

As far as I remember, it mentioned that rerolling always gives higher rarity from the loot table.

If a dev can answer this thread with facts, that would be much appreciated.

All Luck sources stack, like XP. These aren't multipliers.

If you're being skeptical about your drops or re-rolls, then that doubt can probably be rooted to how the luck system works, which is more complex than you might think:
