If you mean the crafted bombs ppl use is maps..... no.
People who have grind hard to be last rank in Somberholt have earn the privilege to use those bombs,
just do it too and you will be able to use them :D

dark apostle bombs, they stun boss and mobs for 6 seconds. it was used in temple events. only dark side exalted can use it
