I remember leveling to 45 wasn't that difficult because after the update a lot of level 40s could just plow through the dungeons and unlock the levels. I remember getting to level 40 took me forever though because I didn't use exp pots (couldn't afford them).

buy them in the menu when your in a dungeon at the store.
