lag issues

Am I the only one still experiencing lag issues? My game wouldn't lag like this before the Easter update and now I can barely play pve. My ping starts low but while I play everything lags. Then my ping spikes from 260- 1000. Then everything and everyone will freeze and I get to watch the ping numbers shoot up. Any devs out there, if u can help me that'd be awesome :)

I'm using droid HTC thunderbolt. I never lagged until the Easter update.

Im on the Samsung infuse never lagged until last wkd.
