View Full Version : New Idea - Dungeon Tokens = Pinks

Tired of farming for hours upon hours only to receive nothing? Think you did awesome farming The Alien Oasis Victory Lap map only to find out that the pinks you received were only worth 2K? This is a new take on farming items. This feature is good for the players and Spacetime Studios alike. Seeing that they are a business and a good business generates profit, I would like to offer up a new feature that will enable the players to enjoy the game even more, and Spacetime Studios to generate a higher revenue.

For the low cost of only 30 platinum, you can buy a Dungeon Token elixir. This will last for 60 minutes and will allow bosses to drop tokens. Depending on the dungeon or level bracket you are in, you will get different tier tokens. Each boss will drop one. Once you have 30 tokens, you can cash them in for one pink item that scales to the tier of the token.


Dungeon Boss Token Drop

Dungeon Token Elixir - 30 platinum - 60 minutes - Allows the collection of tokens dropped from dungeon bosses
Free Daily Dungeon Token Elixir - Allows 5 tokens to be accumulated for free once a day

Aunt Emma = 1 Fang Token
30 Fang Tokens = Sanguine Longbow

Galactic Overlord = 1 Pyramid Token
30 Pyramid Tokens = Void Armor

Items bought with tokens cannot be sold on CS.
This will preserve the market for people who would actually like to buy items.
These items purchased with tokens will not be as powerful as crafted items.

This is a feature that I would like to see implemented. Please comment below on any additional features you think should be added/removed from this post.

Yeh just add a quested set back, obviously STS likes the entirely luck based drop system
Another twist, to encourage powerful teams, what if the drop rate was higher that faster u cleared the dungeon :O

Or maybe if you have a sacrifice elixir, each time you die (useful for Count Vlad) you get increased % to drop a pink. But since people will obviously take advantage, make a cap %.

You mean "to encourage elixir teams..." :P
Well if at least one person had elixir the time chart would increase
Like 6 mins would be good with no elixirs
4.5 for a elixired team
It would take a bit of work but definately would be cool if sts did it
