Plat offerts ticket

I did an offert and i didn't understand why i didn't recieved my plats so i ve reported the offert and i ve made a ticket where i explain that i don't understood what i dus wrong and i asked how should i do it properly to get my plats
The point is that now i understand what i dus wrong and i want to know if theres any way to anulate the ticket
Is there and way to do that ?

I ve heard that can ban you for reporting offerts
