Maybe you can explain to him why he would want to lvl to 22 otherwise he wouldnt know. You cant bash someone for ignorance :) i myself am ignorant in this lvl of twinking, maybe i could learn something too if you posted something helpful.

They aren’t very good at lvl21.. I can propose u a build which seems to be good to me, but that I’ve never tested

LvL21 mage :

Base points : full int
Skills points : 6 might, 3 vitality, 1 mana shield, 4 drain, 3 fire storm, 1 heal, 1 lightning, 1 frostbite
Items : Sandtone cave items lvl21 (int)
Combo : might, vitality, frost, drain, fire, light, heal (mana shield when you’re dying)
Tips : avoid fighting higher lvl than u.. It would be pain lol..
