Seen some confusion around the topic of 'speed' on weapon stats.

0.7 speed is more desirable than 1.3 speed. (Lower number is better)

So why not call it something else, such as reload, or recoil, or something?

Thanks :)

Should have a seconds behind it, so .7 seconds is faster then 1.3 seconds.

Why not just call it "slowness", that way people would know lower numbers were faster ;)

As far as I can tell weapon speed doesn't seem to be in seconds, a 1.0 delay weapon doesn't seem to attack every second. Ranged weapons with slower projectiles like wands, staves and talons also seem to suffer at long range, where the weapon won't fire until the last projectile has hit the target, meaning you have to get in close for the re-fire rate to max out.
