If u own a mytouch 4g (not slide) i have questions.. phone has issues (no root)

during the last 2 updates i havent been able to hear sound of one emote:clap all of the rest of the emotes are fine but i thinks its a bug or something..
i have updated my phone to gingerbread and i recall the clap working from when i played in 2/~~/2012.
so my questions are:
have anyone else been having his issues?
does another ones phone has another problem with emotes?
is my connection speed varying the loading?
and lastly how would affect my phone if its an internal issue and am i going to fix it?

Haven't had this issue with my phone, but I have a custom rom.
You should probably update your phone to android ics if you're still having problems.
