Hardcore general leaderboards badges.

I recently won the top of hardcore generals. And I just noticed that I can only use the badge that I earn there only on that character. I can't use it in my normal character.
I don't know the reason, but I can't make sense of it, people usually run in these characters for the awards, badge and banner, and to use them in their main characters, who are the ones they use the most and with which they can run the content and events comfortably.
I also have a session badge and I thought this was the same, my mistake. Anyway, I would like to be able to use the earned badge on all my characters if possible since it was very hard to earn it and make all those archivements and it would be a waste to have it on a character that I hardly use.
I also know that he could try to earn the normal top general badge, but the hardcore badge looks prettier with his crown.

I did not understand.. it has no logic.. I am talking about a badge, and by the way the banner that comes with it is a vanity and I can use it in all the characters, by putting it in stash.. On the other hand, the session badges can be used with all the characters regardless of the character you have used to win it .. ty
