Sister of Osiris? After Set tore him apart and scatter his body to the ends of the earth, she gathered his parts and brought him to the gods. They somehow made it possible for her to become pregnant with his child, even though he was dead, and their son was named Horus, the sun god, and his birth was celebrated at Solstice (Christmas more or less). So basically, she was a virgin who gave birth to a god... etc. It's a very, very old mythology. She had wings. I have a statue of her at home, and of Horus, but not of Osiris.

They are reffering to the name of the item. There are different items at higher levels which their prefix gives different stats

Horus, isis, osiris, and thoth.

So you can have Mynas Isis Plate Mail. Djinn Spear of Isis. Scarab Buckler of Isis. Etc.
