becoming premium vampire?

ok so i just bought enough platinum, because i wanted to become a premium member, and now i cant find out how to become one, any help?

it doesnt say "go to remane" on mine, it just says my characters name.and that thing isnt next to it

If you're level 10 or higher, the premium option is no longer available to you.

ohh i didnt know that.thank you. im level 16. and i bought that one pack for 50 plat, do you think itll be worth it to restart to get the premium?

You can't stash vanities, so if you bought any for plat, you might want to talk with support before you delete and delete your plat vanities. Or maybe start a different account and find out from support if it's possible to transfer your plat there...?

Anyways, sounds like a talk with support. Or if you are L16, maybe just forget the premium and keep going?

Yes the 10 extra auction slots is worth it alone, plus you get a set of legendary sword and 4 legendary gems to go with it. 50 extra blood packs, the limited Combat Armor and 50 extra inv slots all for 30 Plat.
