Hmm, well technically you could eat yourself with the help of a exquisite animal such as a liger (Lion breeder with a tiger), you see what would happen is you could tell the Liger to eat you and then right when he is about to swallow you whole you bite your hand and then you die so it appears that you ate yourself.
