Maybe an Egyptian type lvls where we fight ancient Egyptian beasts and the final boss is a mummy pharaoh thats really mad at us for distrubing his sleep.

OMG, spooky foggy forest would rock, a la old black and white werewolf movie The Wolf Man, or old black and white sherlock holmes and the hounds of the baskervilles.

Spooky caves and cliffs of climbing werewolves would also be amazing. Maybe in a forest, the werewolves could start out human and transform :)

There could also be a forest of witches with a village in the middle. There are wizards. Where are the witches?

Also there were hints of demon possession. Perhaps at a higher level, we can have actual demons and various levels of demons from your common imps to arch demons and perhaps a demon prince or 6! I'd imagine these to be in a flaming underground location, possibly indiscriminately eating all earth creatures, including vampires.

Hell, maybe a demon has enthralled some vampires, who are now demon servants. Maybe the demons have infiltrated the vampire council!! A demoness has enthralled a vampire council member, but an investigation reveals the infiltration goes deeper!! Sounds like an interdimensional war!!
