what happens when the level cap is raised?

Would the exp needed to lvl to 21 be greatly reduced?

If so would the exp earned carry over to the next lvls as well?

Regarding other games it will be reduced by 10 factor. So 17600 becomes 1760, also your earned experience will be reduced same. As example if you are 5000/17600 you will have after level cap raise 500/1760.
