I think that's the actual design for titles from now on, you can see one example from here https://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?568031-Preview-4-14-21-The-Goblin-Event-Returns!

And it gave me another reason to disable titles :sentimental:

Goblin is the first to have them, but I expect there will be others in the future.
