Locked Goblin Exterminator Crates - Crate tokens missing

Hi,
I noticed that the crate tokens have become random loot from the locked goblin exterminator crates. I opened 10 of them yesterday and only received crate tokens for 2. I believe that the crate tokens are a guaranteed loot for all locked crates. Could this be please checked?

They were not missing, but also not guaranteed, same as they have been for a couple years. They have been changed to be guaranteed again now.
