Health Bar for PvP

so i was doing PvP and i figured out if there was a life bar on bottom of the player name which can be seen by the the two teams. this can be a great advantage for both teams, seeing the opponents life.

Well considering I would never do that and I've suspected people doing that to me when I win, it would be solely to my advantage, but I still think that it's unfair...

Well what's even more fun is when they say full, and the last DOT you launched kills then after you're dead
