The highest i ever seen was 81 :D It was crafted orlok with i think Full str and 2% dodge

it would probably full str with crafted orlok. then max taunt and max dodge/evade (i forget what its called for bears). then get a ring with the most dodge.
ur dodge should b pretty high then but idk what it is lol. i would guess it would be close to what swords mentioned, 80-85 maybe
