Question about Power Ranks

Hey guys I searched the forums and couldn't find much about Power Ranks, does anyone know the max rank for each Power? Are they uniform across the board or do each Power have a different Rank cap?

Any info would be appreciated, thanks!

I dont think anyone really knows yet the lvl cap is only 21 atm.

health- i think 2 points.
and other skills, umm... idk. i just had 1 point each lol so idk what is the max
