Disconnecting and losing energy

I find that I get disconnected a lot mid-game while I'm playing. When I log back in I've lost my energy points. I don't know if there's any kind of fix for this but I just lost 6 or 9 (not paying close attention) because I dc'd.

It's kind of annoying.

I have same problem all the time as well.
Actualy posted a thread on it recently never had any responses. Was woundering as well if there is any fix for this?
