Just wanted to give a shout out to all the awesome reps in the Spacetime Studio Technical Support Dept. they did and awesome job assisting me with an issue that happened with a plat reward offer. I know I'm not alone when I say, "Thank you for all that you do for us". We players appreciate ya. I know people now a days never say thank you enough, and it's my hope that this post will encourage people to appreciate their tech support team.

I can only confirm this.
The support team is one of the best I've seen so far.
