Can No Guild Masters Be Fixed?

I've gotten 2 replies from support saying that there should be a guild master now but there still isn't. I'm wondering if this is even possible to fix?

Oh im having same problem lol

They said it would update in an hour...but its been about 3 hrs

First they said it would update in few minutes to a day and make sure everyone logs off and on again.

And second they said it should update when everyone logs off and on again. I'm sure both happened.

So I'm thinking it's a bug or these changes can't go through?

It is possible. Take unity for example. When we broke up kanital was leader and he simply left the guild without promoting anyone else to guild manager. I know he said he asked support and they did fix it for him. He is the guild master of it again when there was no one for a while.
