I think the "og" Elondrian Wings were a Plat tier reward in 2015.

I guess the reason why they're expensive is because old players with it, kept getting banned

Nevermind, I got this wrong. The description for Elondrian Fairy Wings says: "This enchanting vanity is only available in the Locked Grand Crate of the Leaf."
