I got issues with how the plat thing for buying merchandise works in the game. It is not consistent.
As someone buying merchandise to get plat as a bonus, I would only buy thru the game to get plat. If it fails, like it did twice for me, a lot of time and effort can go into it for the customer (gamer) to get a refund -- it did for me.
I suggest a faster and easier way to deal with this kind of thing. Yes, I know multiple companies are involved - SpaceTime, DL, TapJoy, the merchants. I just did not get a sense of any connection or easy responsiveness amongst them in my experience.
