Yup, that Wolverine origins was a total rape towards DP (=Deadpool for us fans) but there actually is a planned an INDEPENDENT Deadpool movie. Ryan Reynolds is planned to play DP and the movie would follow the comics. I put da links when I get to my comp. Estimated year for it to come out (if it is decided to be done) is 2014. The problem is that Reynolds is already the Green Lantern but hey, different universes. And the other problem is that Reynolds might be too busy to play DP.

Edit: If u look closely, u'll see DP in the end credits getting his head in Wolverine Origins so even though they raped the char they still left continuity. Besides, in comics DP's head has been cut but as it was sewed back on he was alive again. I've done my research ;)
