Revival skill

In pve when a person is revived they have low health. In pvp when you are revived you have full health. Is this a glitch? If not please seee my thread in pvp section about the revival skill.

Its not a glitch, its simply because PVP is much more dangerous and team based. Being revived with low health would be kind of pointless and hopeless. Especially as a mage where you would be killed in 1 hit.
