in game sound

Hi, I still have the problem that not any sound of the game is working just makes a shshhshshhshshhhhh and some other noises. Can you please go to my account "Oawaoebi" and have a look at it. Maybe to remove me the sounds and reaading them can work. Its been some weeks now and I can say its not a device problem.

There is nothing about an account that affects sound.

Check your options, maybe you only have ambient on or something?

It doesn't matter which volume I only have on or turned off. It is making weird sounds and only if I turn master volume off I am in peace.
If needed I can send a video where it makes this sound. (just I don't can send videos here, could do on instagram f.e. if that could somehow help)

Sorry, but a video isn't going to help, when you're the only person with the problem. It does sound like a problem with your device.

I already have checked everything and I can exclude that my device is the problem.

Well, nothing about the audio systems has changed in the last few months, so it's something that's changed with your device, if it used to work for you.
