There's an NPC on voleria command deck base. Go there and ask him for the teeth. He will ask u a random question about DL. Answer it and u'll get the teeth

Or maybe it's too late and he's gone already.. if so, then there's no chance dude

and btw u have to answer the middle answer and before he asks u the question, he will say he ran out. then u most log out, go back, and answer middle question

go to the right then up then right again...
talk to Baron Blut
