Well I was wondering if I did a mission that lasted like a day or it was instant or of any kind, would it expire if not collected in a certain amount of time?

Haha I can see the concern here. It's developer habit never to say things like "Rewards will never expire" because then we cause a window of fallout later for being quoted as saying "never". There are no plans to change this, but design changes could happen down the road so in its present form, they currently never expire. :)
