Mother's Day Bouquet problem - damage buff working in PvP areas

Our apologies that the 4.5X damage bonus of the Mother's Day Bouquet is working in PvP. Since the buff is tied to an item and not an elixir, it works - just like set bonuses work in PvP. The team is looking into a way to circumvent that and limit the Bouquet's effect only to PvE. Thanks in advance for your understanding while we work on it.
