Blood pack question? Possible glitch?

I've noticed that sometimes when I do missions I end up having more blood packs than I started with... Is this a glitch, or is there a way to 'earn' blood packs by feeding on zombies?

And to clarify so people don't make dumb comments... I'm not talking about my blood going up after feeding!!! I'm talking about my actual blood count going up when I haven't bought any blood packs.

How is this happening? Is there a way I can MAKE this happen, or is it a glitch that shouldn't be happening at all?

Not a glitch. They do spawn but very rarely.

Blood packs drop occasionally. As long as you have under 25 blood packs on hand you can get these blood pack drops. Once you have 25 you wont get any blood from drops.

oh okay!! Thanks, that makes sense. I kind noticed when I had 25 total one time when I started with 22, but I never realized how or that there was a limit. Thanks for telling me both of you!! :)

This happens in SL, too, and I would assume PL. Not too sure about that as I don't play PL.
