What is the purpose of this?
There are many players and forum accounts which got banned and new accounts created.
Just like many in game players got banned forever .

Forum acc doesn't show how long you've been playing AL as there are people who've played from the start that don't have forums or created one afterwards, or created a forum acc years before AL launched (PL era)

You can check in game to know how old your AL acc is
