Best dex class

Whats best class to have dex/bow all that. Is it bear bird or mage?

it depends. if you like aoe spells then mage.
if you like the extra hp then bear.
or archer if the new skill update comes up which is having a lot of your own stat (eg. bears with strength, archers with dex) will buff your skills.

actually i like archer, the hit rate and dodge % is very important in PVP...

what? but dex increases the hit rate and dodge...
if a bear had full dex, or a mage had full dex or an archer had full dex, their hit rate and dodge will almost be the same. it's just the hp, mana and skills/spells that are different.
