when I log in I sometimes get another account but still the same email?

I started my original account shannonglomb then sometimes I'd log in and get another account heasicac I never made heasicac after a while I thought you guys would fix it and email me now heasicac only comes up and I would like my plat back this wasn't my fault I'm sure you'll find when u check also I would like heasicac renamed to shannonglomb as I can't use that username
